Our qualified and experienced 3D printing and prototyping departments work to provide quality, rapidly produced parts through a variety of methods. By using industry-leading additive manufacturing we can provide high-quality 3D printed parts made of the same resin we mold from. We also offer rapid prototype mold building and pull ahead production tooling for high-quality prototype parts with short turn around times.
3D PRINTING
The advantages of choosing PDS as your 3D printing supplier are endless. We can print out of the bag resins that are normally reserved for injection molding, with the best part quality in the industry. Some of these materials include ABS, PC ABS, TPU, Nylon, Polycarbonate, amongst others. We can print parts in-house up to 6"x5.5"x9."
RAPID PROTOTYPING
PDS has the capabilities to rapidly engineer and build prototype molds. By using our in-house mold base system, we keep the mold building time and cost to a minimum. This allows us to produce parts rapidly while passing savings along to our customers.
